Implementation and development of web application in J2EE, Spring and Hibernate
Documenting application design and implementation
Excellent communication skills (English language skills to business standard)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
A track record of using object-oriented programming techniques
An applied understanding of the full software development lifecycle
Solid experience in Java development
A strong knowledge of J2EE and multi-tier architecture
