- Proficiency in HTML, Angular.JS, Java, Hibernate, Oracle
- Hands-on experience with eXtreme Programming (XP) e.g. TDD, code reviews, refactoring, pair programming, continuous integration

- Excellent communication skills to cooperate directly with Sales/Trading / Operations internal clients, thus a combination of domain knowledge, delivery experience as well as relationship building skills with these clients will be invaluable

It’s a new Scrum project with a great test and code quality approach, and it’s a chance to work directly with clients.
The project is a web platform for index baskets management/rebalancing for bank clients. The project was a great success and after onboarding one trading desk to the platform, it was introduced in EMEA. The next stage is to include APAC clients and traders, which will start at the beginning of 2016. The web part was fully designed and delivered by the Krakow team.
