Work very closely with delivery leads to prepare test plans, sample test data and maintain release notes
- Will be deploying components and maintain environment in a continuous running state
- Need to schedule control M batch jobs and run batch simulation cycles based on test plan
- Will be tracking & trouble shoot defects. Build and maintain testing automation scripts
- Publish summary reports at end of each cycle
- Develop tools to build and automate high quality unit test cases and work toward reducing number of defects caught in Function/UAT
- Provide support and help oversee batch cycle simulations in other Dev-managed environments, e.g. Performance Test environment
At times candidate may need to work flexible hours to engage with other global IT teams in Singapore, London & New York.
- Strong technical skills/experience within the CFO domain (process, system, methodologies)
- University degree level (preferably in IT or Banking)
- 5-8 years of experience in requirements engineering in application development projects
- Extensive experience building JAVA/J2EE application interfaces.
- Deep expertise in running batches via control M job scheduler.
- Deep expertise in writing PL SQLs in Oracle and code in JAVA stateless EJB beans.
- Strong knowledge of UNIX, shell and perl scripts
- Sound knowledge of DB modeling
- Sound knowledge of JIRA/Quality Center
- Strong analytical problem solving skills and Decision-Making
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
