Short Description of the project:
The purpose of the job is to assist the UK based team with the implementation of the Open Banking Platform that will allow the Bank to expose customer data through a series of APIs with read/write functionality.
Main Duties:

Analyze and propose solutions based on business requirements,

Efficiently translate these requirements into working software,

Amend and produce specifications/documentation as required,

Investigate live system faults, diagnose problems, propose and provide solutions,
-
Complete projects in a timely manner.

Requirements:

University or Technical College graduate (preferable in IT) followed by at least 2 years of programming experience,

Knowledge of or working experience with:

Java 8

REST, RAML, XML, JSON

Spring Framework

Clean Code Principles, Java Design patterns.

BDD/TDD, Continuous Integration,

Micro services development and testing,
-

Interest in APIs and knowledge of Open Banking is an advantage.

Curiosity and learning capabilities.

Experience in any one of the listed ones Apache Camel, Mulesoft is an advantage.
