Senior L3 Support Engineer

Responsibilites
Cooperate with other support engineers, developers and analysts on support activities performed by the team and himself/herself
- Effective communication with application users
- Analysis of problems faced by users
- Automation of maintenance activates to minimize the time needed for support
- Work with the development team on application improvements
- Generation of reports required by business users
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (English language skills to business standard)
- Great organization skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in work as a technical support
- Java, Oracle or XML/HTML5 basics would be a plus
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Possibility to work in afternoon hours and on-call.
