A permanent opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Senior Marketing Controller in one of the biggest international FMCG companies, producer of world-wide known brands. In close cooperation with Financial Director and Marketing Director, the successful candidate, will play an essential role in supporting key business decisions.
- Participate and contribute to creation and development of marketing activities for all managed countries (Poland and Baltics).
- Lead the marketing budgeting process - take responsibility for planning, forecasting and optimization of the process.
- Prepare timely and accurate analysis and recommendations of comparisons and evaluations of marketing investments.
- Conduct reviews of brand spend effectiveness and efficiency using finance toolkits and in conjunction with marketing team and methodologies.
- Participate in the development of and review the operational brand plans and objectives.
- Perform product profitability analysis and reviews, provide timely and accurate market data reporting.
- Act as a business partner and provide quality financial leadership and analytical support to category teams and local management.
- Lead, manage and develop the local team.
- University degree in finance/controlling or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in finance and controlling, including minimum 2 years in marketing or sales controlling in an international, dynamic environment.
- Highly developed analytical skills and entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent communicator, proven experience of influencing others.
- Hands-on approach, can do attitude to drive change and manage conflicts.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight reporting deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve objectives.
- Readiness to travel.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
