Senior .NET/C# Developer (+SharePoint)

Job Description
In this role you will develope new applications andservices for Intranet and Extranet using classical software development methodologies as well as agile ones. You will collaborate with other software development teams around the globe.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new business software and Intranet solutions based on .NET (ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, MS SQL, WebServices) using Team Fundation Server and Subversion for various business units and purposes. Main focus is on applications, services and modules for our Client's Intranet and Extranet based on SharePoint and other platforms.
- Develop extension and additional functionality to our existing software solutions
- Document designs and code
- Be flexible and follow design guidelines and use methodologies defined bythe team or given by our internal customers
- Perform unit testing
- Propose improvements to processes, methodologies and systems
- Degree in Information Technologies or similar experience
- At least 4 years working experience in designing and implementing efficient software solutions that meets the functional requirements in a mannerthat is extensible and easily maintained
- Good knowledge of Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET (3.5/4.0), SharePoint API2010/2013, JavaScript, HTML5, MicrosoftSQL, SharePoint 2010/2013 product knowledge, IIS (7.0/7.5),
- a plus is: Nintex, WCF, SharePoint ClientAPI, SQL Server Administration, Team Foundation Server, LDAP/AD, Microsoft SQL Reporting Services
- Demonstrated best-practice knowledge and applied skills to deliver aneffective solution specific to project needs
- Experience in thoroughly conducting unit test code for all contingenciesoutlined in the requirements documentation
- Demonstrated possession of strong communications skills and demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience with design and implementation of WebSolutions of any kind isan advantage
- Fast comprehension, flexibility and assertiveness
- Teamplayer with intercultural compentence and very good communicationskills
- Very good knowledge of English (written and oral)
- Doesn't mind travelling to foreign countries (up to 10%)
