Senior .Net Developer/Analyst

Responsibilites
- To plan and carry out development of WCF service.
- Should be able to provide support of the service.
- Communicate proactively with business on status & progress.
- Able to come up with options to ensure application is stable.
- Quality of delivered code is maintained and be able to write code using TDD methods & be able to test it thoroughly before giving the code to QA for testing
- Be able to respond to client requests related to connecting to service or to get data from service
Requirements
Must have:
- Strong knowledge of C#, .Net & SOA
- Hands on experience on .Net 4.0 or higher versions
- In-depth knowledge of WCF service using C#
- Knowledge of SSL & how can it be used in WCF service
- Able to create Restful WCF service
- Understanding of setting up Load Balancing to share the load of service
- Be able to simulate performance testing of service using tools like SoapUI etc.
- Be aware of security flaws & how to overcome it when a service is hosted on Internet
- Be able to deploy WCF service
- Knowledge of database
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have:
- Should be able to maintain quality of code, come up with ideas to improve processes
- Should be able to work independently and within team
- Experience of supporting applications
- Knowledge of Scrum
