Senior .Net Developer with Silverpop Platform

Responsibilites
New roles will focus on 3 areas
- Technical Delivery in the areas of Silverpop & CRM Integration under close cooperation with IT-PL and rest of team,
- Technical Excellence with a view to nurture and enforce good development practices, build up further technical skillset and exploit innovation opportunities
- Agile delivery using Scrum
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team of developers and design, develop, unit test, and support new features
- Thoroughly understand Requirements and work on Architecture & Solution design
- Strive for quality and rapid output through agile software development practices
- Performance tuning, testing, refactoring, usability, and automation
- Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback
- Work with team members in other regions
- Support, maintain, and help document software functionality
- Maintain Coding, IT Risk & security standards
- Identify & Remove technical impediments
- Maintenance and on-going support of past and future technical solutions
- Proactively learn product frameworks and code base
- Conduct risk identification and mitigation with the PM at the project level for Technical issues
- Constantly looking for ways to increase the team's velocity/productivity by eliminates waste.
- Target - Zero surprises; proactively tackle technical delivery & deployment issues
- Provide accurate task reporting when required.
- Mentor /motivate new team members
Requirements
- Experience with IBM Silverpop Platform or other cloud-based SaaS or Digital Marketing implementations
- Experience developing in Microsoft's .NET Framework
- Extensive experience with relational databases and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience developing with web technologies including ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
- Strong experience with JavaScript and JavaScript libraries (e.g. jQuery, Json etc)
- Knowledge of version control (e.g. Subversion) and issue tracking systems (eg. Jira)
- Familiarity with UI, usability and cross browser issues
- Understand business requirements and able to translate them into specific technical requirements
- Agile, lean, or similar development methodologies/experience
- Initiative and ability to think out of the box, and strong attention to detail
- Very Good written and verbal communication
- Eager to learn and further build up skillset
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Highly Desirable
- Experience in customization/installation/deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013+. Sound knowledge of Dynamics CRM web services, API, Plugins, Workflows
- Experience with integration work using Scribe or other technologies & tools
- Experience in Architecting and integrating on-premise and cloud based solutions
Desirable
- Experience developing with cloud-based APIs using REST and SOAP
- Experience with SSO using SAML
- Experience developing using Responsive Web Design using HTML5/CSS3 a plus
- Understanding of Asset Management and Alternative Investments is a plus. Prior experience at a Financial Services firm is a plus

The candidates will join a global team that is in the process of upgrading and migrating to MS CRM 2013. Training will also be provided focused on project needs.
