Senior .NET Developer

Responsibilites
- Act as a technical leader for the team of 3 developers
- Communicating with users, architects and development team to provide features for application and projects within the area
- Be a trusted advisor for our business subject matter experts concerning business application functionality and capabilities, support of the development of business cases
- Develop new features with the team
- Take responsibility for application improvements and maintenance
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- C#, .NET
- Object oriented design and programming, design patterns
- Web services
- Automatic testing (unit, integration, acceptance tests etc.)
- MSSQL
- WPF
WCF
Basic level of business knowledge is required
- Ability to understand the asset classes and their basic characteristics
- Understand the investment management value creation chain
- Experience working with agile development teams
- Experience with RE tools such as JIRA, Wiki, and Mockup tools (e.g. Balsamiq)
- Experience with Architect tools such as Enterprise Architect is a plus
- Proactive and solution driven personality with strong communication skills
- Able to clearly document and transfer knowledge to development/business in simple terms
- Good Stakeholder management
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of software development methods (TSQL knowhow is a bonus as is .Net)
- Testing experience would be a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English; German will be nice to have
