Senior .NET Developer

Responsibilities:
- Module design (requirement analysis, search for information on solutions, specify and document design);
- The execution of assigned tasks in accordance with the regulations and procedures of the Company and external regulations;
- Reliable and timely execution of tasks in accordance with the expectations of the superior;
- Keeping confidentiality of any information and knowledge taken during performing tasks on the position;
- Deepening knowledge of the performed tasks;
- Building the positive image of the Company;
- Care and responsibility for the entrusted property and assets to use;
- Optimization of costs in the workplace.
- Programing of software modules (write, compile, debug and execute source code, algorithms and data structures);
- Planning a source code structure;
- Optimizing source code for better performance;
- Performing code re-factoring;
- Reviewing source code;
- Developing and performing unit/module test including test results analysis and initial root cause analysis;
- Problem analysis and escalation;
- Specifying, developing, setting up and maintaining design and integration environment;
- Coaching of junior colleagues, actively contributes to knowledge sharing and to a learning culture;
- Innovating software development processes;
- Finding innovative solution for product design.
Requirements:
- General knowledge about software development;
- Knowledge or ability to appropriate product knowledge from input management (EMC Captiva, Certified users of ECM Captiva would be an advantage);
- Sound, domain specific software language knowledge (.net, IIS, C#);
- Web development (XML, HTML);
- Basic knowledge of file transfer software (e.g. C:D);
- General knowledge about local project management and software engineering processes;
- Business understanding (e.g. ensuring that technical solution are simple, reliable and cost effective);
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
