Senior .NET Developer

Responsibilites
- Produce high quality database code (store procedure / SQL)
- Produce high quality, documented C# code on project and enhancement initiatives.
- Test and report in automated/manual way your code within local/test environments
- Produce technical requirements and write code to develop and support new and existing functionalities
- Programming and delivery of solutions for different work streams executed in the bank
Requirements
KEY:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET, with an excellent understanding of the C# language
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MSSQL - working with store procedures and SQL statements
- Has an in depth understanding of OO principles
- Demonstrates experience of using Design Patterns (advantages and drawbacks)
- Has experience of developing software for a large Enterprise, including n-tier development
- Has worked on applications with complex scalability and performance challenges
- Experience of Agile practices and processes (e.g. SCRUM, KANBAN)
DESIRED:
- Experience in JAVA to be able to switch from .NET or vice versa
- Academic degree (Masters, Bachelor) in economics, computer science or similar would be an asset.
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and project roles.
- Self-motivated, analytical, flexible and driven personality with the ability to learn.
- Team player with drive and a high degree of customer orientation
- Readiness to take over responsibility.
- Flexibility and personal excellence with strong conceptual and implementation skills.
As a plus:
- Knowledge of real-time trading platforms or other critical transaction based solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of FX or similarly complex investment banking products would be ideal.

The project is about the FX derivative trade store used by the international bank in Europe and APAC. It is built and supported by a team of around 12 highly qualified IT specialists in Poland and in Switzerland and it is a key application for the FX derivatives business.
