Senior .NET Developer

Responsibilites
- Close cooperation with business and corporate structures, including analysis and documentation of business processes and data flows.
- Preparation of deployment packages, UAT and deployment support.
- Being subject matter expertise and 3rd level support to ensure the smooth running of systems and quick recovery from outages/downtime.
- Ensure timely delivery of requirements in line with project milestones.
- Report regular progress to the Project Manager.
- Creation and maintenance of related databases.
Requirements
Must have:
- Knowledge of .NET, MVC, Hibernate, Oracle,
- Knowledge of programming practices, e.g. design patterns, OO.
- Knowledge of deployment, build scripts and configuration management.
- Experience of the full project lifecycle.
- Understanding and exposure to Test Driven Development.
- Fluent English
- Fluent Polish
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record in software development
- Expertise in ETL processes design and implementation, data lifecycle management
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a team and adapt style to ensure the project is successful.
- Motivation to support others, to share information and knowledge and to work effectively towards shared goals.
Nice to have:
- Informatica, Power Designer
- Experience in banking environment, knowledge of banking systems/technologies.
- Relevant certification
- Knowledge of UML

The main task is to maintain and develop new functionalities according to business needs in the
3-tier application created in .NET technology, using IIS web server and Oracle database server.
Application is critical for business continuity and is responsible for daily management (full workflow, including data edit and 4-eyes validation) of Branch referential data.
