Senior .NodeJS Developer

Responsibilites
The candidate will work on development of new functionality for EQD project closely with other teams over the globe.
- Services and APIs to get data and analytics from in-memory cache (Redis), in-memory calcs (memSql etc), HDFS using Hadoop tools and be able to return in efficient manner
- APIs to aggregate and orchestrate various services using APIm
- Most APIs might be written in Node.js while some maybe in Java where number crunching really needed
- This role also requires streaming APIs
- Also needs authentication, http/json/OAuth/SAML
- Services will be hosted on OPenshift (kubernetes) platform
Requirements
Skills required:
- Node.js (3 years+)
- Experience with Openshift/Docker/Kubernetes
- Knowledge of web servers and API frameworks - e.g. NGINX, IBM APIM
Skills plus:
- Knowledge in software design, software development best practices
- Experience with Java, C# or any other OOP language
- Knowledge in SQL and no-SQL databases
- Experience with Kafka or Redis
