Senior PMO for Network

Responsibilites
- Being the main contact person to customers;
- Business case administration support;
- Executive status summary and pack preparation;
- Project, Program and Portfolio project admin tasks and deliverables;
- Milestone and KPI tracking and reporting;
- Tracking of the contractual lifecycle events (e.g. contract creation, sign-off, changes, closure, etc.);
- Generation of standardised and ad hoc reporting of stakeholders and governance reporting pack utilising golden sources;
- Adherence and generation of documentation and artefacts to ensure alignment to Project Management Framework Governance;
- Tracking and management of actions from governance stakeholders and working group meetings;
- Develop and implement PMO processes, policies and definitions;
- Provide independent audit assurance around the programmes within the portfolio to help ensure delivery;
- To produce consistently good quality presentations and steering committee documentation;
- Tracking and monitoring of programmes/projects progress within portfolio.
Requirements
- Strong PMO background;
- 3-5 years + of project management relevant experience;
- Experience supporting programme governance structures and key project meetings, including steering committees and working groups;
- Strong project management skills - professional certifications preferable but not mandatory;
- Strong communication skills - experience at communication with stakeholders and high level management;
- Strong English language skills is a must;
- Experience with using project management tools and services such as MS Pproject and also the office based suite of applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI, PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certifications.
