Responsibilites
- Support transition to the new global MPS Service Provider and implement the new service model. In your role you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the following areas:
- Development and implementation of service model across all regions
- New operating model and processes
- SLA's and reporting
- Charging and billing model
- Creation of work instructions
- Handover of processes and work instruction to operations
- Cooperation with transition project, internal as well as external service providers
- Assuring global transparency on Managed Print Service, their efficiency and effectivity
- Implementing reviews of service quality, measuring performance variances, timely delivery of requests and communicating changes to the service offering during transition
- Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
- Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
- Organizing and managing your relevant stream and deliverables of the project to ensure on-time completion
- Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
- Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications
- You should have an aptitude for thinking outside the box and enjoy critical thinking, organization, and overall team management.

The current fleet of the Managed Print Service has reached its end of Life. For this reason customer has performed an RFP to achieve the following objectives:
- Move from global 2 vendor strategy to one single global vendor
- Refresh end of life fleet (printers and mfd's)
- Reduction of print volume and demand
- Fleet optimization in line with Smart Working and mobility factors
- Reduce customer central print server infrastructure and eliminate support efforts
- Introduction of additional DLP controls and control scope through coverage of previously non managed devices and service opt out models
- Managed service and consumption based model to reap additional saves commitments through ongoing continuous service improvement and demand reduction
- New Operating Model defines a globally standardized print environment with a set of standard core services and functionalities. The Business can request premium or dedicated services at their own expense or could opt out of the service altogether.
- Introduce internal globally consistent billing and charging model (consumption based)
- Enhanced, consistent service experience globally through higher global standardized Services, SLA's and continuous service improvement initiatives
- Introduce new technology such as mobile printing, digitalization, newest print technology to support Digitization and mobility initiatives more effectively
- Increased security through mandatory pool printing, print policy and further security features
We are seeking for a skilled IT project manager to join the global Manage Print Service transition. Within this project you will work together within Service Management team to ensure the implementation of a global consistent service model across all in-scope countries
