Senior PMO Specialist

Responsibilites
The role involves a number of elements:
- Architecture Project Management Office
- Scheduling and facilitating regular design forums (e.g. Engagement Committee, Design Authority etc.)
- Attending design forums and other ad-hoc meetings to take minutes and action items
- Support related follow up meetings by helping to prepare presenter material/handouts, taking structured minutes and actioning items
- Monitoring the following up status and chasing owners to resolve their actions
- Helping manage the associated RAID logs
- Providing PMO support for the various ad-hoc tasks and activities undertaken by the Department Architecture Team
- Assist with the production of architecture & project MI including KPI reports as required
- Architecture Governance & Controls
- Maintaining and distributing key artefacts used to govern, track and communicate progress on the department project portfolio
- Proactively engage with the PMs, architects and key stakeholders to ensure execution of the architecture operating model and adherence to the design governance process
- Support implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Architecture Communication
- Assist with the production of regular communications for the architecture group to inform them on progress and accomplishments
- Maintain and update key team information e.g. architecture intranet page, organisation chart.
- Support the structuring and production of communication materials for use in:
- Town halls
- Webcasts
- Newsletters
- Senior management updates
- STCs
- Design Authority
- Workshops
- Summits
- Offsite / Onsite
Requirements
- Current Phase of Project - Involvement on many short term strategic initiatives;
- Methodology - Familiarity with the project delivery lifecycle (SDLC);
- Business / functional - Knowledge of Risk and Finance or general banking process is desirable but not essential (nice to have);
- Technology / Packages - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Proficiency in MS Visio, Proficiency in MS Excel;
- Proficiency in MS Word;
- Tools used- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
