- Work closely with Central PMO team preparing monthly status reports and assisting with any ad-hoc requests
- Financials (forecast/actuals) and resource tracking
- Assist with monthly financial management cycle, including creating financial slides for Steering Committee meetings and financial management within OnePPM (Clarity)
- Assisting Programme Manager and project managers as required, including generating packs for working group meetings and minute taking
- Provide assistance with "fire drills" where necessary
- Support for scope and change request management
- Tracking of project effort, milestone tracking, tracking of risks, issues and dependencies
- Support for stakeholder and business client management (status reporting) interactions as well as process and toolset support for the IT Program Managers
- Assist with management of SharePoint site for the programme
- General administrative duties where required, including responsibility of all programme meetings owned by the PMO team, ensuring conference facilities and room bookings are organised efficiently, with meeting packs being prepared, printed and distributed prior to meetings
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Detailed understanding of project lifecycles
- Proven PMO experience and preferably project management experience
- University degree education ideally with focus on finance or business administration with banking focus
- Fluent written and spoken English
- MS Office skills (Excel and Powerpoint as a must)
- Teamwork & good Communication skills. Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- High degree of flexibility and "can do" attitude. Ability to work with very limited level of instruction and supervision

Working as PMO for CCAR projects that look to enhance and implement functionality for market risk calculations.
The PMO is a key role within the programme, working closely with the Programme Manager, providing support and assistance in all aspects of project reporting, analysis and delivery. As such the candidate will require exceptional organisational skills.
The candidate can expect to have interactions with people across both business and technical teams at varying levels of seniority and across many different locations so should possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The PMO Specialist will assist the lead PMO and the team in all areas, but in particular, supporting the governance structure by providing organisational support to all meetings owned by the PMO and Programme Manager within the programme and tracking of the financials
