Responsibilites
- Project managing the execution of the Business and IT Architecture operating model to govern and control the implementation of the Risk and Finance IT project portfolio, comprising 300+ globally distributed projects with a budget over 300 mCHF to ensure they align to the department architecture roadmap and strategy
- Defining and project managing governance structure and strategic frameworks for the Risk and Finance IT department and cross-department level including CRO and CFO Business areas
- Project managing senior governance forums (MD and Director level) that include CRO Design Authority, Change Review Panels and Engagement Committees
- Structuring and producing communication materials for a broad and senior audience including town halls, webcasts, design authorities, summits, offsite and STCs
- Support various architecture commitments and initiatives within the RF IT Verticals and Horizontals as well as external groups including CFO Business Architecture
Requirements
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid academic background
- Strong Excel (e.g. pivot tables, conditional formatting) and PowerPoint (strong slide formatting skills)
- SQL and VBA skills
- Strong Visio skills
- Fluent in English (highly proficient in spoken and written English)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, excellent track record of managing stakeholders
- Analytical, self-starter, well organized and able to multi-task
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous exposure to IT / application architecture, understanding of the architecture decision process (e.g. design authority, quality toll gates etc.)
- Understanding of project management and software development process
- Prior experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Qlik is desirable but not mandatory
- Ideal candidate is someone with previous background in management consulting or similar environment!

- Program Architectures Roadmaps
- Architecture Metrics and Operating Model KPIs
- Architecture Framework and Approaches
The team works closely with functional areas (e.g. Market Risk IT, Credit Risk IT, Reporting etc.) where application ownership is devolved.
