Ensure day to day operations and the successful handling of requests from senior management.

Coordinate, shape agenda and drive content creation for organizational governance meetings, including management meetings, Management Committee off-sites,
Help to develop internal social media program for the organization
Act as liaison between various different organizations
Drive organizational processes and planning, contribute to target setting and strategy work
Orchestrate organizational change management activities
Manage and supervise organizational processes, i.e. hiring, project portfolio management, cost / efficiency
Coordinate relationships with internal / external Audit, IT Risk and Legal & Compliance to ensure management control and overall organizational compliance with policies
Strong communication skills and presentation skills. Ability to coordinate several different tasks at the same time.
Ability to work and communicate with different seniority levels and ability to remain calm under pressure
Broad understanding of IT Management and excellent knowledge of the IT organization
Highly collaborative, with outstanding analytical and organizational skills
Discretion, sound judgment, and the highest professional ethics and integrity
Excellent planning, project management and organization abilities
Critical thinking, using logic and reasoning
Excellent information gathering, processing and visualization skills

Consultancy or strategy background is a plus

Proven track record of several years in an IT organization
Excellent verbal/written English skills, German is a plus.
