Senior/Principal QA Automation - for Automotive

Responsibilites
- Develop test strategies.
- Automate tests using test frameworks.
- Write moderately complex code/scripts (unit/integration tests) to test systems.
- Take responsibility for monitoring product development and usage at all levels with an eye toward improving product quality.
- Create test harnesses and infrastructure as necessary.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience developing test automation in C++, Java or Python.
- Excellent debugging capabilities
- Experience with Android applications and Android SDK
- Knowledge of threads
- Knowledge of concurrent, reentrant and thread-safe code
- Knowledgeable of CPU and memory usage profilers
- Experience in making code testable
- Passion for quality, enjoys testing
Preferred qualifications:
- MA/MS in Computer Science.
- 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of industry experience.
- Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging.
- Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
- iOS experience
- Language skills especially: English, French, Italian, German, Chinese & Japanese are a nice to have
- Enthusiastic about automobiles, and making driving safer!
