We are looking for you if:
- You have excellent understanding of banking and finance industry from process management and lean perspective,
- You have proven track of being a leader for people or projects,
- You have deep knowledge about automation in attention to robotics process automation,
- You have experience on business analysis and continuous improvement,
- You have team/backlog management skills,
- You have planning, prioritization and presentation to senior stakeholders skills,
- You have delivery mindset.
You'll get extra points for:
- International enterprise experience,
- Hands on knowledge on Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blueprism,
- Background of business analyst,
- Process or it certificates (for example lean six sigma),
- can do attitude!

The successful candidate must be a person who can work and manage teams in a multicultural environment, understanding the processes and identifying the opportunities for automation.
