Requirements
Mandatory:
- 10+ years in software development Industry
- 5+ years in Project Manager role, managing enterprise scale software development projects
- Experience of managing a project with at least 20+ FTE
- Experience with various SDLC and methodologies (Iterative\RUP, Agile, CMMI)
- Knowledge and experience in applying project management practices (PMBoK)
- Experience with project management toolset: MS Project \ MS Office, JIRA\Confluence, Sharepoint, etc.
- Overall familiarity with architecture and design concepts: OOP\OOD, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Functional Programming, etc.
- Good understanding of relational database concepts
- Strong people management and development skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- English - fluent
Nice to have:
- As hands on activities are not supposed to be done by project manager, it would be nice to have Java \ Web \ Oracle development background as primary technologies used in the project to manage development team and participate in architecture \ design decisions
