Senior Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- Lead preparation of various weekly / monthly presentations for senior level executives
- Ensure delivery of status summary and pack preparation
- Prepare ad hoc reports
- Ensure data quality assurance and compliance to Project Management Framework
- Point of contact with finance team
Requirements
- Solid experience in IT PMO is a must
- Basic knowledge in IT PMO financials
- Knowledge in CA Clarity™ PPM software would be a plus
- Solid understanding of Milestones/KPIs process
- Advanced user level experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint Server 2007)
- Experience in working in multinational companies
- Fluent English (both written and verbal) and excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in full autonomy
- Ability to quickly learn new terminology
