Senior Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- Monitor progress and create regular project reports on delivery data and overall project status
- Assist the Project Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans, risk and issues,change requests and other project related activities
- Work with the Project Managers to keep project finances up-to-date and analyse financial data
- Hold and attend project meetings, complete minute taking and follow up on action points
- Coordination of stakeholders (IT, Business and Vendor)
- Contract and Invoice Management
- Maintain and drive process improvements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in PMO support for IT Projects
- Strong communication skills - experience at communication with stakeholders and high level management (Strong English language skills is a must);
- Knowledge of PMO methodologies and tools: Prince2/ PMI/ P3O and JIRA, Clarity
- Advanced user level experience with MS Office (Access, PowerPoint, Excel reporting and data presentation skills)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Cooperation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to regular and sometimes challenging deadlines, and be able to prioritize deliverables
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Knowledge of IT terminology is a plus
