Senior Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- Perform project assurance and governance to ensure processes and standards are adhered to
- Monitor progress and create regular projects reports on Delivery data and overall Project status
- Maintain and drive process improvements
- Assist the Project Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans and other Project related activities
- Work with Project Managers to analyze financial data and keep Project finances up-to-date
- Maintain existing on-boarding by ensuring newly added accounts are protected and redundant accounts are removed
- Resource management
- JIRA maintenance: adding new projects to JIRA, updating records regarding RFS progress/closure/cancellation, maintaining documentation
- Chair and attend Project meetings, prepare reports/materials
