Manage all steps in the life cycle associated with the teams hiring pipeline (team is 400+).
Continual review of data for quality and completeness.
Cyclical reconciliation of data in hiring pipeline to data in other sources.
Validation that requestors are within policy, following Hiring Request processes, and using standard tools.
Close cooperation with global team.
Ensure prerequisite steps are completed ahead of onboarding.
Ensure resources remain fully allocated and funded against projects.
Analyse the information in the pipeline for the use of the department.
Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
Advanced MS Access skills.
Prior experience gathering data and information.
Visual Basic is a plus.
