Senior PMO will be responsible for supporting the development of project’s execution plans, management reports and effective tracking of program actions, risks and issues across all technology functions. This will include engagement in end to end execution of the various project related activities associated with the broader program deliverables. The Sr. PMO in the team will work closely with the Execution Leads and establish close partnership with other functional stakeholders like Finance and IT Streams. The expectation from the person delivering this role is to be highly motivated and willing to deliver in a time sensitive environment.
Essential Functions:
- Support team in all aspects of project’s execution which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Ability to review data and build simple and precise analysis for Sr. Management reviews
- Willing to understand the broader dimensions of the project program in order to effectively deliver on the specific reporting / presentation requirements
- Ability to draft professional communications for presentations, cheat sheets, minutes, process documentations etc.
- Provide key stakeholders with transparent, accurate and regular information regarding the status of project delivery
- Minimum 5 - 7 years hands on experience in PMO role and at-least 1 - 3 years of working in strategic change and/ or transformation programs in outsourcing industry
- Must be data driven and analytical and should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good knowledge and experience working in Offshoring and Outsourcing programs and knowledge of transition methodologies will be a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with Program Leads
- Experience in working in Technology Organizations in the Financial Services industry.
