Senior Project Manager (up to 18 months in Zurich at start)

Responsibilites
- Managing relationship with all project stakeholders (line management, business, AM, Interface partners etc.)
- Organizing and leading the project team (i.e. planning and managing allocated resources, shaping priorities, coordinating interactions with customers and users, and keeping the project team focused)
- Providing the project plan and updating it as needed (deadlines, milestones, delivery, requested and planned resources etc.)
- Ensuring project change management
- Establishing a set of practices that ensures the integrity and quality of project work products
- Ensuring that software documentation is maintained
Requirements
- Minimum 5-year experience as a Project Manager for medium scale and medium complex projects (approx. 1-5 Mio investment), preferably in global companies within the financial industry
- Very good written and spoken English
- Experience in SDLC
- Good negotiation skills
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
- Transparent and structured approach
Additional assets:
- Certification in Project Management (IPMA, PMP)
- Experience in RUP projects
