Senior Project Manager

Responsibilites
- Drive global delivery organization within a data science focused team
- Deliver the required changes in Agile methodology (potentially Kanban - continuous delivery).
- Manage the project progress and taking responsibility for reporting, dependencies and financials
- Partner with senior stakeholders and lead a cross-functional team
- Plan project delivery, provide status updates and advance, where appropriate
Requirements
Must have:
- University degree in technology & science related fields
- Consistent track record (5+ years) as a senior project manager
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, C-Level communication experience
- Ability to work under pressure, high level of flexibility and ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
- Experience in delivery in Financial Services
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Professional designations such as PMP or PRINCE2
We offer
The project is a Regulatory reporting deliverable for the BOE, which our Firm (and bulge-bracket international peers) have to deliver annually, which is essentially a stress test or "what-if" scenario of capital & liquidity stress on our Balance Sheet, but also part of the Firm's orderly Recovery & Resolution Plan for the BOE (i.e. bulge-bracket international Investment Banks not being too big to fail). The environment is a very dynamic and fast moving project, plenty of challenge, based onsite in London, with visibility by the RRP business team, and very senior level sponsorship.
