Project Management
- Lead the Project team through the definition and planning phases and then monitor and control the project to completion using Project Management methodology.
- Identify new revenue opportunities during project course.
- A proven experience (5 Years) in the project management for remote teams in multi-cultural environment.
- Secure the team resource allocation and resource utilisation optimization.
- Establish and provide KPI to Management to be able to see actuals and determine trends.
- Use and improve the Project management tool used within the team (ChangePoint, Sharepoint).
- Helping the delivery team to evolve and be innovative on reusing, industrialise the delivery process.
- Enrich the service catalog with new implemented solutions and services delivered.
- Lead PCI DSS initiative within the organisation and follow up implementation rule process.
- Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2.
Pre sales
- Assessment of customer requests that are passed on by business owners
- Animate workshops to understand customer business issues, identify process optimisation opportunities and propose adequate bespoke solutions in cooperation with functional and development experts in order to build the target solution.
- Elaborate the Statement Of Requirements and build the business case
- Identify all activities necessary to produce project deliverables
GDS functional knowledge is a must
Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 is a must
Ability to:
- Communicate orally and in writing at an advanced level
- Use listening/questioning techniques
- Manage meetings/workshops efficiently
- Deliver advanced presentation
Ability to handle the different phases of a project, following Amadeus methodology and using standard project management tools:
- Project organization
- Project Initiation
- Planning, estimating and scheduling

- Monitoring and controlling
- Risk management
- Project closing
Experience on Agile methodology such as Scrum.
Key accountabilities
- Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
- Ensure management of projects controls (risks, issues and dependencies)
- Ensure that the project is managed to budget, time and quality and that it delivers the benefits anticipated in the business case.
- Responsible for problem resolution and project success.
- Key deliverables expected:
- Meeting management: Steering committee, Project Status meetings
- Documentation: Project Management Plan including, schedule, cost, scope...
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimize exposure and risk on project
- Communication with stakeholders both internal and external
- Project accounting: progress reports, budget management and invoicing
