Project Description:
We are currently expanding our Wealth Management Practice and Avaloq operations in Europe due to client demand across a number of high profile projects.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all project management activities for global service delivery projects.
As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and taking ownership for all project plans or controls and resource plans, progress reporting on plans or controls and resource requirements and making sure the plan is in line with any wider programme plans or controls
- Identifying, tracking, managing and mitigating any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- Analysing problem and opportunity statements and preparing estimates for approval
- Supporting the creation of a financial business case
- Tracking and reporting on project costs and ensuring the project is completed within allotted budgets
Skills
- University degree or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience as Project Manager in the banking industry
- Hands-on experience in stakeholder management and in coordinating resources within a matrix organization
- Experience of transitioning complex IT projects in a complex multi system, multi-site environment
- Ability to interact successfully on different hierarchical levels within the customers and providers organisations
- Ability to analyse and simplify complex problems and to communicate this to others
- Proven analysis experience to transform requirements into tasks
- Ability to work successfully, both in a team and independently as well as stress resistant and able to perform in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken
