Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Project planning including requirements and scope definition
- Responsibility for particular project sub-team deliveries
- Cooperation with other project sub-teams
- Prioritization, problem solving, tasks assignment and enforcement
- Risk assessment, reporting and escalations as per normal
- Achieving and monitoring of software KPIs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience on Project Manager position
- Results oriented and problem solving approach
- Experience in software product creation projects, preferably from semiconductor and mobile market
- Good knowledge of software development process
- Understanding of typical software performance and quality measurements - KPIs
- Proven experience from several successful projects
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Readiness for contacts with the customer
- Willingness to undertake new challenges and pro-activeness
- Higher education
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Program management experience
- Good knowledge about software verification and validation process
- Agile and TOC/CCPM project management experience
- Mobile industry awareness
