Senior Project Manager

Responsibilites
- Overall responsibility for delivery of teams in Krakow and Kiev
- Driving recruitment process: requirement gathering, CV screening, final interviews
- Building organizations, identifying people for key roles, setting goals, career development
- Perform staff risk management, regular personnel appraisals
- Customer focus: ability to establish communications and strong relationship with senior internal and external stakeholders, attracting new business
- Help creating project and program budgets, submit periodic forecasts
- Ensure close and constant monitoring of customer satisfaction
- Provide reporting
- Drive implementation of key processes across teams (requirements and change management, acceptance criterion, continuous integration, delivery quality standards, fine tuning to agile approach)
- Ensuring sharing of best practices/business domain knowledge/exploiting synergies between teams
- Identifying infrastructure issues, other inefficiencies in the environment and drive solutions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in directly managing medium to large development teams (30+ FTE) preferably in an outsourcing/off-shoring setup
- Experience in working in investment banking area is highly desirable
- Educational background in Computer Science
- Excellent soft skills and English communication skills
- Experience in setting up SDLC
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts
- Experience in hiring new team members
- Experience in building successful management team etc.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who will act as a manager locally for our team in Krakow and support teams in Kiev and couple of onsite people in NY.
The individual will report to Delivery Manager and will play a key role in implementing envisioned changes. This highly challenging position requires an individual with excellent technical and management skills.
