Managing all aspects of an IT project, which includes project planning, execution, time, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues:
- Collaborating and aligning with the program manager and requirement providers;
- Ensuring requirements are effectively analyzed, assigned and efficiently delivered;
- Identifying and managing stakeholders and clients, evaluating their interests and establish communication channels and collaboration;
- Providing the stakeholders with transparent, accurate and regular information regarding the project status;
- Functional management of the project team in a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources;
- Ensuring compliance with principles and standards;
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert for the assigned application and projects;
- Embedding Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation.
- 5+ years of experience as IT Project or Program Manager for large scale and complex projects with end-to-end project scope;
- Profound IT knowledge with expertise in application development. Hands-on experience in multiple project roles, as well as knowledge in financial service institutions is a plus;
- Experienced in RUP methodology;
- Strong stakeholder management;
- Strong communication skills;
- Team-player with leader capabilities;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Language: English fluent, German would be nice to have;
- Commitment to work in Zurich, Switzerland for a minimum of 3 - 6 month during introduction and ramp-up phase, with short term travel to Zurich when needed in a later phase;
- Dedication, agility, drive and commitment;
- PMI PMP or equivalent is appreciated.
- Experience in Java and/or Datawarehouse projects would be appreciated, but is not necessary.
The Application Security Framework (ASF) defines security rules for applications used within customer organization. Depending on the application properties (eg Internet facing, Mobile) the application has to fulfill certain security requirements. Currently the ASF maintenance and reporting is handled using an Excel sheet. This sheet must now be replaced by a sustainable solution, called CASSR (Centralized Application Security Status Repository). "Analytics for IT" (A4IT) is working on a technical Proof-of-Concept, which will be rolled out to production by end of year. This Proof-of-Concept is based on a Java frontend application and an Oracle DB providing the maintenance functionalities. The reporting functionalities are provided by new Data Warehouse components. The Oracle Database and the Data Warehouse are linked via Managed File Transfer (MFT).
