Your new company
On behalf of our Client, leader in software product development services, we are currently looking for Senior Project Manager.

Your new role
Working on this position you will be responsible for organization, administration, and supervision of people, processes, and technologies, which when combined into a comprehensive plan, provide the business and technical functions needed to successfully achieve what a client expects to receive. You will be responsible for short (1-3 month) or long term assignments (new or existing projects) to make significant change in the way team operate. Success criteria are defined each time separately and interventions are done on behalf of company management with full support from organization perspective.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you should have excellent knowledge of software project management (Agile is preferable), experience with management of several projects in parallel. You must have 5+ years' experience with western clients in the offshore model and experience in management of the team 50-100 people as well as contract negotiation and estimation skills. You should have engineering/technical background, preferably in Java stack and expert knowledge of selected domain areas (preferable finance or E-Commerce). Advanced/fluent English is required.
