To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced:
Senior Python Developer - Tech Leader
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Technical design, mentorship and implementation of software best practices and processes
- Help with architecture-level design decisions during various phases of a project
- Provide development guidance and problem-solving assistance to other developers
- Support the full lifecycle of application, including: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and performance tuning
- Generating a set of acceptance test requirements, together with the designers, test engineers
- Provide technical guidance to program managers
Must have:
- 5+ years development experience
- 2+ years of experience as Tech Leader
- Architecture design experience.
- Extensive experience in:
- Python
- SQL databases like: Mysql, Postgresql, Oracle or similar
- No SQL databases like: MongoDB, Cassandra or similar
- Experience in building heavily loaded distributed systems
- Experience in SOA and message queues (like RabbitMQ)
- Good knowledge of English
- Understanding of git branching and merging flows
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (EC2, RDS, ELB, EBS)
- Knowledge of SCRUM methodology
