Technical skills:
- Java programming skills
- good SQL knowledge
- solid QA experience(automation, scripting, manual testing)
- experience with system, integration, performance and functional testing
- minimum a 3 years of experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- working with Agile methodologies
- experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting
- strong troubleshooting skills with an attention to detail and an ability to follow process
- excellent verbal and written English communication skills

You will be working in a team which develops an operational risk assessment and reporting solution. You will be working with people located around the world. Our teams are self organized and take full responsibility for analysis, development and testing. We use Agile practices used on daily basis: TDD, refactoring, CI, pair programming, code reviews.
