Senior QA Manager

• Being a part of the current Test Management Team (3-4 Test Managers based in Denmark) with "servant leadership" attitude
• Removing impediments and taking ownership for issues / risk mitigation (i.e. defects, test data, test environments etc.)
• Planning and coordination of QA activities across multiple teams
• Reporting QA activities to different stakeholders including Program Management
• Development, implementation and execution of Defect Management Process and related activities
• Proactive approach, identify and implement improvements, processes and workflow
• Knowledge sharing

o Taking active part in cross organization initiatives regarding Quality Assurance

o Documenting knowledge in Wiki

• Collaboration with various teams - development, QA, architect etc.

• English at least B2 level (Spoken and written)
• Social skills - The candidate must be proactive and self-reliant with minor support from a manager.

o Skill to talk and understand with business people, developers and managers

o Handling teams and team's member who can't see the value in a QA person

• Team member with focus on the team being a success without having to promote his / her own results
• Good understanding of business and their requirements
• Excellent communication skills both with team members and management
• Ready for change and positive towards change
• Opened, pro-active attitude and Team player
• Knowledge of Jenkins, TDD, Gherkin, SonarCube, automated testing and risk based testing
• Good in working across multiple location and with distributed teams
• Understanding of different work cultures
• Educating and bring the Agile Test Mindset to the teams
• QA hands on experience with focus on automation in Java
• Robust experience in Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban / XP)
