Our client is a multinational, newly established production company from aviation sector located near Wrocław. Currently we are looking for an experienced and talented person for Senior Quality Engineer position for the new site located in Lower Silesia.
Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for supervising the quality activities for all on-site, maintaining the contact with the customer, supporting the Quality Leader, auditing to provide an independent view of business performance, supervising of quality costs, cooperating with production teams to identify quality concerns and improvement. Moreover Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for cooperating with the quality team to identify and quality problem solving, supporting in demonstrating compliance to company processes and documented procedures to ensure a robust Quality Management Systems is in place throughout the business and monitoring the process capability improvement via SPC, MSA, etc and improving the effectiveness of the process or reflecting the process capability in the component definitions.
The ideal candidate should have higher technical education, professional experience in Aerospace industry on similar position, good general knowledge of Aerospace and Special processes, good level of computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint), demonstrate practical engineering experience and effective communication skills. Moreover should have ability to effectively communicate (both orally and in writing) in Polish and English.
