Responsibilites
As a KAM / Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Krakow you will be expected to:
- Building RPO for the Client from scratch
- Generate new business through building relations with big accounts
- Building the global team, working for the Client
- Build and maintain relationships from both a candidate and client perspective
- Take responsibility for your own desk with the view that it is your own business
- Generate new candidates within a team oriented environment
- Engage in extensive negotiation
- Contribute to a new venture within the Agency
- Recruiting Specialists for Finance and IT sector
- Working on highly independent position
Requirements
- Master’s Degree educated
- A track record in RPO and Recruitment
- A track record in building/developing a new market
- A target driven mentality
- The ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Enjoy RPO, people management and business development
- The desire to progress - huge work ethic
- Experience in outsourcing business
- Able to manage cooperation with big accounts
