- Collecting and specifying requirements for existing and new projects from Private Banking and Wealth Management stakeholders
- Producing valid Agile user stories following INVEST acronym
- Impacting the conceptual design, business requirements documentation, process design/improvement and solution implementation
- Close collaboration with stakeholders
- University degree or equivalent higher education in Economics, Banking and/or Finance
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in IT
- Stakeholder management skills - experience in development of effective engagement structures and in negotiating with and influencing stakeholder groups (business & IT)
- Flexible team player
- Conceptually strong and a delivery-oriented problem solver
- Structured, result-driven and independent way of working
- Agile / SCRUM experience
- SQL at least basic level
- Engaged and motivated
- Fluency in English

The PB Business Information Portal offers direct access to product sales-, client- and performance information as well as fast access to other important reporting tools and documents.
The BI2 application is a key strategic project providing Standard Reporting and Self Service BI capabilities to the business. Standard Reporting covers a number of different business areas including Client Reporting, Product Reporting and Performance Reporting. Self Service BI provides a framework and environment of tools and capabilities for business users to develop adhoc solutions according to demand from end users including regulatory and compliance departments. Microsoft BI tools are used extensively in the project with Oracle used as the primary database. BI/2 is developed with Oracle, SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, C#, HTML 5 and Silverlight
