Your responsibilities:

• Working with the Product Owner (PO) and team to remove barriers
• Coaching the PO on how to meet their objectives through the Scrum process
• Removing impediments that are impacting the progress of team
• Guardian of the process - teaching others their roles and protecting the teams rules of engagement
• Ensuring team retain quality
• Facilitating scrum process, retrospectives, release planning etc,
• Communicates progress to any externally interested stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement within the process and team
• Be the primary point of contact for progress reporting for external stakeholders including the technical management team
• Works hand in hand with the PO, continually updating with team progress, issues

• Experience working with enterprise level systems
• Ideally has Scrum Master qualifications / certification
