Facilitating the daily standup
Helping the team maintain their burndown chart
Setting up retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions
Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint
Removing obstacles that affect the team
Walking the product owner through more technical user stories
Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner
- Strong experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment required
- over 5 years' experience as Scrum Master or similar role for technology projects.
- Solid technical background.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities.
- over 5 years in decomposing large projects into stories, providing estimates for the stories and assisting in prioritization of the work based on the agreed upon architectural approach.
- Must have proven success in developing and delivering presentations
- Outstanding written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Our Client specializes in Co-working space for startups. The business is rapidly expanding and needs an IT infrastructure to accommodate both existing IT processes and projected growth. Luxoft has performed an initial solution discovery workshop and is preparing to build the architecture, customer experience, and system integrations needed to support the company's global expansion and push for frictionless user experience driven by latest technologies and Internet of Things enablement. The architecture will provide our client with a Smart Space enabled platform that will look to grow organically and adapt to changing business needs as we work to define the long term target.
