Job description
- You will be responsible for:
- Under general direction, Facilitates and monitors the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.
- May serve as a liaison between the product owner and development team to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
- Maintains product backlog.
- Removes or addresses process impediments.
Requirements
- Experience in the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years.
- Very Good communicator and facilitator holding a can do attitude to solve problems.
- Passion for building, leading and developing teams of software engineers and analysts.
- Good knowledge of Scrum and software development processes, tools and methodologies.
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and streams of work.
- Engagement, excellence, open mind and eagerness for self-development.
- Experience with other methodologies for managing software development projects and understand variety of software development life cycle models.
- Experience in Software Development domain.
Additional requirements
- Knowledge of JIRA, Rally, Clarity tools
- Knowledge of network oriented, backend software architectures
- Knowledge of C++, Java or C# technologies
