- Architecture & Strategy Development
Support the delivery of strategic architecture initiatives including:
- The target logical and application architecture
- Program architectures roadmaps
- IT Architecture metrics
- Architecture framework and approaches
- Integration with the Business Architecture
- Architecture Governance & Controls
- Oversee the Change Review Panel, Design Authority & IT Strategy Meetings
- Obtain architecture approval according to plan
- Architecture Governance and Design Forums
Defining and managing the governance structure and strategic frameworks for the department and cross-department level.
Manage senior governance forums (Director level) spanning multiple departments including:
- Front-to-Back Design Authority
- IT Architecture Strategy Meeting
- Architecture Communication
Support the production of communication materials for:
- Regulatory packs
- Senior management updates
- Town halls
- Steering Committees
- IT Summits
- IT Offsites / Onsites
- Webcasts
- Newsletters
- Design Authority
- Workshops
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF).
- Strong experience as SW Architect or Consultant in SW architecture area - minimum 10 years
- Experience with senior stakeholders management
- In-depth understanding of project delivery methodologies and experience of the project lifecycle is a must.
- Experience in coordinating workshops and senior design forums.
- Proficiency in MS Visio
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Fluent English
Understanding of major technology and packages to link functional architecture strategy and technical architecture components.
- Knowledge of Risk and Finance or general banking process is desirable but not essential
