Our Client is a worldwide Technology Leader and they provide services and products for the home entertainment market.
To strengthen their International Sourcing Team based in Warsaw, we are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager.
You will report to the VP Sourcing, and your main duties will be:
- The strategic management of all direct and indirect sourced materials and services assigned to ensure maximum leverage on suppliers and optimum cost savings
- To Ensures that all Sourcing deliverables are met for all direct and indirect material/services
- To manage directly the polycarbonate commodity
- To manage a global spend (direct & indirect) over 200 Millions Euros
- Responsible to work with key constituent client groups to develop annual budgets.
- To manage a team of 2 Sourcing Managers
- Master Degree in Economics or relevant education
- Minimum 4 years experience in Procurement and 3 years in a purely Sourcing role
- Experience in establishing and implementing sourcing strategies for direct 7 indirect spend
- Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategy for business customers
- Demonstrated networking, relationship building and influencing skills
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Ability to work in autonomy and to make decision
- Fluency in English
- Effective utilization of systems including all Microsoft Office tools and SAP or equivalent
