Senior Sourcing Specialist

ROLE:

• Building, continuously improving the sourcing infrastructure (tools, processes, channels) and creating a performance driven culture, enabling effective and efficient service delivery to our internal client base.
• Direct sourcing of passive market to generate more high-quality candidates in the selection process
• Shaping demand and search strategy in order to determine the sourcing roadmap.
• Creating and executing the sourcing strategy in close cooperation with Talent Acquisition Team and Recruitment Marketing.
• Continuously identifying, engaging and maintaining relationships with the best talents.
• Be a true labor market expert with insight on who and where the best talent is. 
• Understanding and sharing labor market trends. 
• Aggressive tracking of your interaction with the prospect community to enable data driven strategic conversations with the business and influencing hiring manager behavior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and verbal skills in English (B2/C1).
• Genuine passion for sourcing. 
• A Bachelor or Master degree is required. 
• At least 3 years of experience as international researcher or sourcing specialist in corporate or agency environment. 
• Experience with talent sourcing. 
• Well-developed passive recruiting skills (prospect identification, referral generation, competitive intelligence gathering and organization breakouts). 
• Can do attitude, proactivity and customer centricity. 
• Strong project management and analytical skills. 
• Ability to work in multitask, fast-paced environment and to make a quick decisions.
