For one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:
Senior Sourcing Specialist
Location: Łódź
ROLE:
- Building, continuously improving the sourcing infrastructure (tools, processes, channels) and creating a performance driven culture, enabling effective and efficient service delivery to our internal client base.
- Direct sourcing of passive market to generate more high-quality candidates in the selection process
- Shaping demand and search strategy in order to determine the sourcing roadmap.
- Creating and executing the sourcing strategy in close cooperation with Talent Acquisition Team and Recruitment Marketing.
- Continuously identifying, engaging and maintaining relationships with the best talents.
- Be a true labor market expert with insight on who and where the best talent is.
- Understanding and sharing labor market trends.
- Aggressive tracking of your interaction with the prospect community to enable data driven strategic conversations with the business and influencing hiring manager behavior.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (B2/C1).
- Genuine passion for sourcing.
- A Bachelor or Master degree is required.
- At least 3 years of experience as international researcher or sourcing specialist in corporate or agency environment.
- Experience with talent sourcing.
- Well-developed passive recruiting skills (prospect identification, referral generation, competitive intelligence gathering and organization breakouts).
- Can do attitude, proactivity and customer centricity.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in multitask, fast-paced environment and to make a quick decisions.
