Senior Support Engineer with English & German

Major responsibilities:
- Be a member of a new team in the newly launched project,
- Provide support to direct customers via phone (outbound calls),
- Provide technical expertise in product issues,
- Summarize customer comments on product features,
- Complete technical documentation,
- Organize, test and report the progress of on-going issues on a regular basis.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with one of the followings areas is a plus:AWS/ Azure Knowledge, Salesforce, Cisco Call Manager, Networking & MPLS, SIP Trunking, CCNA/MCSE,
- At least 3 years of experience in support environment (preferred application support or product support),
- Fluent German & English is a must,
- Experience with any one of the web server: ISS, Apache, JBoss, Jetty,
- Good understanding of client-server architecture,
