- Assists team in business domain related tasks
- Interprets business requirements for system architects, developers, testers
- Participates in Acceptance Testing to ensure that technical solution meets the requirements
- Requirements management (analysis, gathering, tracking, validation, documenting)
- Manages configuration of the application according to the requirements (includes development)
- Maintains development process within the team
- Provides business knowledge/context to the team by assisting, consulting, training etc.
- Provides L3 Support to QA and Business as developers
- Maintains communication between business stakeholders and the team
- Builds good client relationship
- Basic knowledge of Investment Banking domain.
- Good communication skills
- Analytic mind and ability to figure out the requirements on senior level.
- Knowledge of XML.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Team player with good interpersonal/communication skills
Nice to have:
- A technical background is highly desirable
- Unix command line interface
- Knowledge of FIX protocol is a plus
- Git, Subversion
The development team is communicating with many applications and support teams. As a result, the successful candidate will need to be highly committed and be able to build very close working relationships with both the development and support teams. They will have a strong focus on ownership and commitment to completing deliverables in a timely way. Experience of agile programming technologies will be an advantage. Team practice SCRUM development.
The candidate will have a consistent track record of demonstrating initiative, collaboration, and strong teamwork skills. He/she will think out of the box and adds value to discussions. He/she will need to collaborate with many external teams to collect information in the domain, analyze it and prepare for team internal use.
